Yesterday was Father's Day, and we were getting ready to go out to eat with my dad and grandmother. I put on a little more make up than I usually wear. The last time I "dolled up" was for a girls' night out and Trevor got a little jealous that I wasn't doing it for him. Most of the time I just don't have the time or energy to put forth the effort.
So I wore my hair down (which I haven't really done all summer), and put on a some eye stuff, lip stuff, and jewelry...even some perfume! Trevor smiled when he saw it which made me happy. He went out to do something and Brandon looked at me and just stared. I thought maybe he doesn't recognize me...lol.
Finally he comes up to me and says, "mommy, you look, you look...you look, well LOOK IN THE MIRROR!" as he points to the mirror over the fire place. I laughed and picked him up to look with me and he did the Vanna White pose on my face. I asked "does mommy look pretty?" and he said "YEAH! That's the word...you look pretty mommy!"
Maybe I should wear make up more often!!
Mine doesn't like when I change my hair. He told me the other day that I had "two hairs (pig tails)" and that I shouldn't. Apparently I could only have one hairs.
ReplyDeleteLOL This reminds me of when K sees me in my bathing suit. I'm always very covered up. Even my bathing suit is a "fat lady" suit. Well, you can only hide the boobs so much. I asked him how I looked. He said "Well,... uh.. your chi chi's are a little.. uh... uncovered!!!" LMAO!
