He is honest to goodness the best boss on the face of the earth. If he retires I am going to ask him to lay me off when he goes because I don't want to work for anyone else. And no, he will NEVER see this so it's not kissing up.
Every single time I have to take off work for the kids (mostly Olivia) he is understanding and compassionate about it. He asks how the kids are and remembers what was going on the last time we talked. He also has given me some insight about the medications that have been prescribed.
If I ever switch jobs I want to take him with me!
I know how awesome it is to have a fantastic boss. We're lucky!
