My daughter took her first steps yesterday!!!!! She was so excited about it too and started clapping her own hands when she realized what she did. Then she went into full DIVA mode and would not walk when the camera was on her.
She could not have picked a better day to do it. After how depressed I was feeling that was such a relief to see!! My husband laughed at me because I was crying when she did it the first time. Guess after 10 years of marriage he still doesn't understand hormones...lol!
I talked to my son on the phone yesterday too. His mammaw told me that earlier that day he was lying on the couch with a sippy cup. She was putting away dishes when she hears him yelling for her to come his arm was hurting. She gets over to him and he is holding his sippy cup straight up in the air and his arm was hurting from that (he was wanting her to come get the sippy cup). That little stinker!!!
